I’m neuwarte. I’m not european, but I wanted the name to sound like a contemporary european artist, with emphasis on making new art that nobody has seen before. The ideal is to be unique, but there are obvious influences throughout my work, which I will leave for you to deconstruct.

Throughout my 20’s I have worked meticulously at my style, working through multiple phases and finding my way as I develop. Now, I lean into fun surreal illustrations and pop-culture themed street style works. The theme I often lean into is nostalgia. with bold colours and cartoon like images, my work is undefined but I would say it falls somewhere between Cartoon Network and adult swim.

Now I’m working daily on my practice, but the journey never ends. I want you to join me as I find out who I really am.
